Return Policy

By agreeing to our Terms of Service you are confirming you have read and understand our Return Policy and understand the possibility of restocking fees being charged.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees
  • Orders returned to Baldwin past 30 days will be charged a 25% restock fee
  • Special order items will be charged a 25% restock fee (all split finish sets)
  • Orders that were keys will be charged $15 per lock to rekey upon return to Baldwin
  • Keys are non-returnable
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, in resaleable condition to avoid restock fees
  • Items missing parts, packaging or damaged in return transit will be charged a 25% restock fee

 

Import and Export Compliance and Restrictions
